Mommy and Daddy took me to the children museum during the summer! what a fun fun place! I couldnt' resist and I explored all the rooms!! I can't wait to go back again!

In July, we took an overnight trip to Atlantic City with my Godparents! We had such a great time! I think this was the first time that Mommy and Daddy didn't do any gambling... they should really thanks me because I probably saved them tons of money!! I can't wait to go back again next summer!

In July, I have my first experience with the beautiful beaches of LI! I had so much fun chasing the waves with daddy and my cousins were so wonderful to me! I really have the BEST life!

My Mommy has been too busy lately to make any entry to this blog... I know is not hard to take care of me and going back to work.. but I did remain her today that she should continue to make entries to this beautiful blog that she had created specially for me.. hmmm.. and of course, I want people to see how much fun I am having with my lovely family!....

It's been 9 months that JJ came to our life and every day, I thanks God for giving me the chance to be the mother of this precious child! She has grown so much and she keeps amazing me every day!

She turned 18 months on December 7... I can't believe how time flies!

My DH had a week off so we decided to take Jing Jing to Sesame Place. She absolutely loved the pool and the water but she was sooo afraid of all the rides! Here are some pictures from our fun day! Doesn't she look absolutely cute in her bathing suit? I love you my pumpkin!

Jing Jing had her first birthday party at home on June 5! we had over 50 people over in our little condo! She had too much fun that she stayed awake from 6:00am to 9:00pm taking only 1 hour nap at noon! and she got to taste some of the yummy birthday cake! My dear Jing Jing! Moommy and Daddy love you more than you can ever imagine! thanks for bringing us so much joy and happiness!

Another Milestone!

Yesterday, I was in playground with Jing Jing when suddenly, she came walking toward me without holding on to anything! I was sooo excited that I started to scream! some people that wer in the playground thought that I was nuts but when I told them what I had just witnessed, they all said to me "congratulations"! I just can't believe how fast she is growing! I love her sooo sooo much!

Today is my 1st. Birthday! and....

To my Jing Jing,



Today is your birthday, my princess. Mommy want to tell you how much she loves you and how much joy and happiness you had brought to our life! Mommy whispered softly in your ears "Happy Birthday my sunshine" when she was feeding you at 3:00am. She wanted to be the first one to wish you a all the happiness in the world! I love you my little munchkin!

Time sure flies! It's been almost 2 1/2 months since we have our precious Jing Jing in our life! I amazed by how fast she is growing... She had started to speak more and making more sense.. This morning, when David put her in our bed, she saw me still sleeping and she turned around and said "Mommy".. I wanted to sleep a little but I couldn't help to turn around and kiss her! She had brought so much joy and happiness to our life and I am loving every single second with her!

Here are some of the pictures that we took with her new found love! I met a group of people yesterday while strolling her around the neighborhood and one of the girls had the buggy.. I put Jing Jing inside and she absolutely loved it.. she wouldn't get off and she kept pressing the honk! it was just too adorable! needless to say, after David got off from work, our first stop was Toy R Us..

New Milestone!

Jing Jing had finally learned to hold her own bottle! It happened last night when i was putting her to sleep.. she insisted in drinking her bottle all by herself! I am so proud of my little girl!
My next mission is to have her feed herself so I will going to Baby R us this weekend to get those padding for the floor! = ) I am ready for the mess!

... I didn't want to spend too much time in this bin so I had to think of something so Mommy can take me out!

and of course, Mommy had no choice to take me out when she saw tears in my eyes!

Even though Ericka is a very happy girl, it is very difficult for me to capture pictures of her smiling... I was lucky enough to actually get some.. isn't she just tooo lovely?? I love you my baby girl! Your smile just melt mommy's heart!

Did I hear Mommi?

Two days ago, as I was walking out the room, Ericka started to cry and she actually called Mommy! I wasn't really sure if she was calling me or she just decided to say the word randomly! Needless to say, it definitely made my day!!
She is definitely catching up really fast. She can repeat a couple of words very clearly like, banana, cat, puo puo (grandma in chinese) and she can even repeat some of the numbers in chinese. I just love watching her grow.. it is the best feeling in the world!!
