I had to do some overtime work yesterday... It works out well because David had some time alone and he worked more on the nursery. I came home and found this gorgeous wall borders across the room... Seeing David being so passionate about this project that I have no doubt in my mind that he will be the best Dad to our little girl...

Check me out.. I will show you how this is done...

... the blue tape needs to be at the same height across the room...

... you need to trim some part of it when you come across things like this....

... now that the tape is all placed, the next step will be to put the wall border....

Ericka's clothes!

These are some of my favorite outfits! can you take a guess at which one is David's favorite?

I was so tempted to buy everything at the stores... Can't wait for more shopping this weekend!

Getting ready for Ericka's room!

When we first decided on the color for Ericka's room, we both agreed on a combination of pink and green. After choosing from any paint swatches at Home Depot, we had decided to go for pink only. David couldn't wait to start this project. He painted for 5 hours straight with no lunch brake. Watching him putting so much effort into it, I have no doubt in my mind that he is going to be a devoted father to his daughter.

I will post more pictures once the room is finished.

Also, we just got our crib today and here are some funny snapshot of David carrying the big box up the stairs!! I was too busy taking these pictures that I totally forgot to ask him if he needed help.....

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

We celebrated our 15th Valentine's day this year! David took me to one of my favorite restaurant by Liberty State Park here in Jersey City. After dinner, we drove by the waterfront and took some pictures of the amazing view. We had so much fun! You know that you are with your soulmate when you have amazing time only the two of you. Our thoughts were we Eva and we know that next year, it will be the 3 of us on Valentine's day dinner. Perhaps no more candlelights but a romantic and fun dinner at Chucky Cheese ( not even sure if I am spelling this right) doesn't sound too bad either.

The restaurant has one of the most amazing views of Lower Manhattan

David got me these beautiful roses with this marvelous vase!

Getting a little crazy at home!

Happy Valentines my love! Thanks for the most unforgettable evening!
